The dashboard shows which screens are online, what each one is playing, and can pull a screenshot from the screen itself.

Common questions
Does the screen need internet all the time?
Only to receive new content. Files are stored on the device, so if the internet drops the screen keeps playing, and it syncs to your latest change when it comes back.
Which devices does it run on?
Any device on Android 7 or later: a TV box connected to the screen, a tablet, or a commercial display with Android built in. If your screen has no Android, connect a TV box over HDMI.
How many screens can I add?
Start with one screen and add more when you need them; the subscription is per screen. Screens are grouped by branch so you publish to a whole group at once.
Can the breakfast menu show in the morning and lunch at noon?
Yes. Set the days and hours for each piece of content and the screen switches by itself. If two schedules overlap, the higher priority wins.
What happens if a screen disconnects or switches off?
The dashboard marks it offline after 3 minutes without a signal and sends you an email alert. From the dashboard you can reload it, restart the app or request a screenshot once it is back.
How large can a video be?
Currently up to 100 MB per file. The dashboard prepares each video automatically at a resolution that suits the screen (up to 1080p) before sending it.
Does the price include the screens?
No, the subscription covers the software. If you need screens or TV boxes, Wajhat Al Nuzum supplies and installs them, quoted by quantity and size.
How do I start the trial?
